There is a separate laundry room with clothes washer and a dryer.

Terraces surround two sides of the house providing an array of dining/lounging areas. A beautifully located swimming pool is an attractive feature to this family home.

Condom, our local market town, dominated by its majestic cathedral is about 20 mins drive by car. The local village, Gondrin, provides all the basics plus a farmers market during the summer months and also a fun swim park, tennis courts and is only 4 km from the house.

The House, although old (approx. 200 years) has been totally modernised in the past 10 years. We would ask guests not to smoke inside this private home.
